A loan of $3,200 helped a member to buy balanced feed for animals.

San Pedro Group's story

The “San Pedro” committee was formed by various neighbours in the city of Santaní getting together. All of the members of the committee work independently. They make up a very united group and are able to carry out joint activities which strengthen their friendship.

María is a member of the group. She makes a living raising and selling farmyard animals such as chickens, pigs, goats and other animals, and by doing this she is able to help her family. Although her work is very basic she is happy as it enables her to give her loved ones everything they need.

She is asking for the loan to buy balanced feed for her animals so she can continue working to help her family.
