One of his children is employed in a garment factory and earns about $5 daily. Due to lack of funds, Ngorn is requesting a loan of $1,200 to purchase some materials for his child’s wedding ceremony. He hopes to run a grocery store for his wife at home in order to make additional income to stabilize his family’s livelihood.
