A loan of $750 helped to buy tables and chairs for her small eatery.

Martha Guadalupe's story

Doña Martha is 50 years old and is from the city of Granada. She is a widow and the mother of two children who now live on their own. She is a businesswoman who runs a small eatery and general store. She started her business ten years ago with a small general store and bit by bit she began to sell fast food in the afternoons.

She is asking for this loan so she can buy tables and chairs for her small eatery. She thinks that this loan will be very useful so she can improve the condition of her business and provide better service to her customers. In the future she plans to offer her products at local fairs and to fix up the infrastructure of her house.
