Catherine's story

Catherine is 35 years old, married, and runs a retail shop in Kangundo town. She has been in this business for seven years now and she makes a monthly income of 30,000 KES. Together with her spouse, they have been blessed with two children.

She plans to use this amount to buy more stock of goods for resale. These include rice, maize, beans, soap, sugar and salt. She will use the anticipated profits to educate her children.

This is her third loan term with VisionFund Kenya and her future hopes are to be a successful business lady and offer a good life to her children.
