A loan of $525 helped to buy more stock: beer, liquor, sodas, snacks, sweets, among others.

Diego Alberto's story

Diego is a hardworking and active man, good in business. He has worked for more than 26 years, many of those as an employee and manager of various sausage shops and bars in the city. After learning the business by working, 12 years ago he made the decision to become self-employed and start his own sausage store. He works every day from 2 p.m. until dawn with the help of two women employees, in order to earn enough income to support his wife and to educate his two children. Currently he is requesting a loan to buy more stock for his store: beer, liquor, sodas, snacks, sweets, among others. This will allow him to satisfy his customers with more available products and improve the profit margin on his sales. At 51 years old, Diego states that his family life as well as his business are stable and do not present many challenges. However, he dreams of improving his life, and in the future be able to own a store and a house as legacy for his children.
