A loan of $1,200 helped to buy baked goods, soap, milk, yerba mate (a tea-like beverage) and other types of drinks for his store.

Pablo's story

Pablo is 31 years old and is married to Nidia. They live in the city of Itá. He has a small, well-stocked grocery store. His wife helps him with the store, and this is how they meet their household expenses. Pablo is a very cheerful person, extremely hardworking, and he wants to get ahead. He says that he started his store a year ago. He is requesting this loan to buy baked goods, soap, milk, yerba mate (a tea-like beverage) and other types of drinks. These are the products he sells most, and he wants to be able to give his customers what they request. In the photo are Pablo and his wife, Nidia.
