Mrs. Pheng S. was born in 1967 and now lives in Khvet Village in Kampong Cham Province. She is a single, female farmer who has a small piece of land to cultivate rice. Mrs. Pheng S. now faces a small problem because she does not have enough money to buy rice seeds so she decided to ask for a loan for this purpose. She hopes to improve her living conditions with this loan.
