A loan of $550 helped to buy soft drinks and beer.

Jackeline's story

29-year-old Jackeline lives with her husband, Victor, and her two children in their own home. Jackeline sells soft drinks and beers of different brands and sizes. She runs her business in her parents' house where she set up a small bar to serve her customers well. One of the distribution companies gave her a fridge where she freezes her drinks for later sale. She has been running her business for over 6 years and has seen it grow little by little. Her mother helps her to serve her customers only when she is not at home. She enjoys running her business as it enables her to spend lengthy periods at home where she can attend to and look after her young son, for whom she would like to provide a better quality of life. She wants to continue to run her business since her services are in demand which makes it a lucrative activity. On this occasion, she is seeking a loan of 1,500 soles and is very happy to know that she has the financial support she needs to continue to achieve her ambitions. She will use the amount requested to buy in bulk different brands and packages of soft drinks and beer.
