Elizabeth's story

Meet 45-year-old Elizabeth from Moribatown Bo, in the Southern area of Sierra Leone. She is married with seven children between the ages of seven years and 25 years. Her children are currently attending school.

In 2003, Elizabeth established her retail business. She began her business because she needs to create income to support the home. She works at the business every day from morning to night. She says that her major problem for her business is the poor road network within her operation area.

Elizabeth requires a loan in order to purchase more bags of charcoal for resale. She hopes that the extra income from this loan will allow her to improve her family's living conditions. In the future, Elizabeth plans to expand her business more. She thanks you for your support.
