A loan of $1,575 helped to buy several bags of quality sunflower and corn seeds for resale.

Farrukh's story

Farrukh is involved in reselling seeds. He buys seeds of agricultural crops wholesale and then sells them with a markup at a local market. Farrukh is 37 years old. He lives in the city of Isfara. He has a wife, four daughters and one son. His daughters are 16, 13, 10 and 4 years old, and the son is 8 years old. All of his children, except for the youngest daughter, are school students. His wife does not work; she looks after the children and runs the household. Farrukh is the sole provider for the family. Thanks to his small retail business, he provides for his large family. Now he needs to buy merchandise and does not have enough money. This is why Farrukh is requesting this loan. He plans to use this loan to buy several bags of quality sunflower and corn seeds and resell them at a profitable price. He hopes for the financial support.
