Mrs. Chea T., 50, is married and has started a business since 1979 buying recycled items from different locations in her town and reselling them to the recycling plant for a profit, each day making about $2.30 of net income. Her husband has worked as a farmer growing rice and feeding cows since 1979 as well. She has seven children. One is a student, three others are employed by a garment factory, and the other three are married and live outside the family's home. Mrs. Chea T. and her husband would like to purchase two more cows to help with their farming work. Cows can greatly help with plowing and carrying heavy items.
