Yin C., 41, is a widowed farmer who lives with three of her children in Kampong Cham Province, Cambodia. Since she is self-employed as a rice farmer, her farm supports the family from day to day. She makes no profit. Two of her children are garment workers and one other is a farmer like her. To double the family's income, she needs a loan of US$650 to set up a new business selling groceries.
