Abduvakos is a 53-year-old baker. He and his wife and mother reside in the town of Isfara. For the past 15 years, Abduvakos has been baking traditional Tajik flatbreads. His bakery is famous for its delicious and always hot flatbreads. Together with him in his baker works his friend. Every day, Abduvakos and his friend bake flatbread from one of the bags of flour, and they all differ.
