Karima's story

Karima is a young, 22-year-old seller. She has a retail outlet at a market in her town of Konibodom, where she is involved in selling women's, men's and children's shoes. Karima has been involved in sales for over 3 years. She is married. However, her husband is not close by now; he is working outside the country, and Karima currently lives with her parents. Concurrently, Karima works as a nurse at a hospital, at a cardiac diseases division. She works there according to a shift schedule. Now Karima needs a loan to develop her retail business. She wants to use the loan to purchase a selection of winter shoes and, thus, increase her sales volume.
