A loan of $4,850 helped a member to buy beef and goatskins for resale.

Effort De Catier Morin Group's story

Medeid is the group coordinator for 'Effort de Catier Morin'. He is married and has two children. Medeid lives in the north of Haïti where electricity is rare and drinking water is very scarce.

Medeid is a craftsman and buys and sells beef and goatskins. He started his business directly after finishing school. He will use his loan to buy meat for resale.

The other members of the group will use their loans to support their businesses, such as selling cosmetic products, fizzy drinks, etc.

Medeid says that his aim is to become a big trader in the north of Haïti. He would like to run a large business and build a grocery shop with the help of the field partner, Esperanza Int.
