Saadat plans to invest the loan income into increasing the amount of domestic animals, and plans to save money to pay for the education of her younger daughter.

У Саадат - средне-специальное образование, сразу после окончания школы Саадат поступила в товароведческий техникум, окончила техникум в 1986 году и проработала в магазине в сфере торговли 1 год. Затем Саадат вышла замуж за Тулебека и после распада Союза они начали заниматься сельским хозяйством, с покупки скота на 5,000 сом KGS. Благодаря упорному труду Саадат, в ее хозяйстве на сегодняшний день имеется: 2 дойные коровы, 35 овец, а также 2,0 ГА поливной земли на которой они выращивают клевер и фасоль. Супруг и сын Саадат работают в лесхозе и имеют ежемесячную зарплату. Саадат занимается домашним хозяйством. Ежемесячный доход составляет 15,000 сом (KGS). В целях дальнейшего развития своего хозяйства, Саадат обратилась в Микрофинансовый банк «Бай –Тушум и Партнеры» за кредитом - на покупку коров для увеличения поголовья скота. Доходы от кредита Саадат планирует вложить в дальнейшее приумножение количества домашней скотины, и планирует накопить средства на дальнейшее обучение младшей дочери.
