Ten Nua Group's story

This is a 43-year-old woman of Thai minority; her name is Hoai. She's married with her two children who still attend school. She and her husband are working as farmers with a lot of agricultural activities, including growing rice and cereal, and breeding poultry and cattle.

She is now preparing for the next harvest and wants to buy a lawn mower, but it's difficult for her to approach capital. Hence, the loan from Anh Chi Em Program would help her continue her business.

She hopes that by her constant effort in producing, her children would be more abundant in life, and that both of them will go to college and change their current circumstance.

Hoai is the team leader of the Ten Nua group, which consists of ten Thai minority members. In the picture, Hoai is standing first from the right.
