Oscar Mario's story

Oscar has been characterized as being a hardworking, friendly man and an exemplary father and husband. He works as a metalworker, with more than 37 years' labor experience. He started doing training courses as a solderer and he began working as an employee in different workshops for 5 years. Later, he decided to make himself independent and start his own business where he has worked alone every day. The establishment has been working for 32 years. Amongst his clients you will find different gas stations, where he offers the service of structural maintenance. In this way, he has generated the necessary resources to give food and an education to his two children. Currently, he is applying for a loan with the aim to strengthen his business. With the money, he will buy a small-point soldering gun, a drill and materials to make his products. This will permit him to fulfill the contracts that he has pending and, in addition, he will be able to improve sales to generate a better level of income. Oscar says that his medium term goal is to have has business well credited and strengthened, which will permit him to have an economic stability to cover family expenses and to have the possibility of improving the conditions in which he lives with his family, opening the door to be able to enjoy a better quality of life.
