Ndama's Group's story

This group of 22 people is part of the banc villageois that was established on 22 October 2012. Its members live in the same village, and they know each other and get along well. Their main activity is commerce.

Eugué, standing on the right in the photo with her hand raised, is 40 years old. She is married and a mother of eight children, five of whom are boys.

Eugué sells vegetables. She buys 20,000 francs worth of vegetables that must be resold during the week. This business generates a profit of 7,000-10,000 francs each week. She repeats this process every week after she sells all her stock.

With the earnings she makes, she would like to open a shop.
