Jebbeh Tetee's story

Thirty-five-year old Jebbeh Tetee lives in Bardnersville. She is married and has two children at the ages of 9 and 12 who are presently in school and live at home. She did not go to school, but she has good business skills. Her husband runs a provision shop. She has been involved in sales of rice by the bag since 2005 from a shop, and she started this business by selling fire coal, mineral water, shortbread and juice. She enjoys the flow of customers and the way her business makes her self-sufficient. She is requesting a loan to purchase more rice to expand her business. She hopes to educate her children.
