This will be her first experience with taking out a loan. She is requesting a loan to purchase construction items to install plumbing and to begin constructing a wall in front of her home. The construction of the wall is particularly important and urgent because when it rains the water carries away the earth, leaving dangerous holes which can impact the foundation of the house. Because of this, Teresa needs to pursue construction projects which will provide security and hygiene to their family home.

La señora teresa, habita en una zona en donde los habitantes son muy humildes de escasos recursos, así como también tiene un alto índice delincuencial, ella tiene la edad de 34 años, es madre de familia de 3 hijos siendo el mayor de 16 años, todos estudiantes de una escuela pública, ella se dedica al comercio de bisutería en su casa de habitación y también por encargo, cuenta con el apoyo económico de su esposo. Esta es su primer experiencia crediticia que solicita para comprar materiales de construcción para instalar servicios higiénicos y empezar la construcción del muro frontal en su vivienda, esta última es muy importante y urgente, en vista de que cuando llueve el agua pasa llevándose la tierra y dejando hoyos, lo cual es peligroso ya que puede afectar el nivel de la casa en un futuro, por eso la necesidad de levantar dicha obra que vendrá a dar seguridad e higiene en su hogar para la familia.
