A loan of $775 helped improving food stand and purchasing ingredients.

Erick David's story

Erick, 38, lives in the Sierra Maestra barrio, is married and has a young daughter who attends elementary school.
His wife works as a janitor in a store at the Metrocentro shopping mall to contribute to the family's income.

Erick has a food stand where he sells traditional fried food. He started twelve years ago selling soup on Sundays, and from there his food sales business took off.

The loan he is requesting will be invested in improvements for the stand, and in purchasing additional ingredients to offer his customers his delicious dishes and maintain variety in his menu.
