A loan of $750 helped to buy more products like clothing, shoes and cosmetics to stock and sell.

Guadalupe's story

Guadalupe, 52, is a single mother. She has two children and resides in the municipality of Azacualpa, Santa Bárbara. She has always made her living in sales. 5 years ago, she decided to sell merchandise; she sells shirts, cloth by the yard, underwear like boxers, socks, etc., pants, and other things that people order from her. She carries out the sales in the street.

Guadalupe has applied for various loans in order to maintain stock in the business. Currently she has applied for 15,000 lempiras to buy more products like clothing, shoes and cosmetics to sell. She has a plan to establish a fixed business location so that her children have a source of work.
