Mamadou is 41 years old and lives with his four children and his wife in the Ouelessebougou sous-prefecture, Koulikoro region. He has not had the chance to go to school. Very early on he become interested in doing things to earn money, most notably the buying and selling of cereals.

In order to satisfy his customers, whose numbers continue to grow, he decided to join Soro Yiriwaso. After having correctly paid back his third loan, he is on his fourth individual loan, which will be used to buy five tons of cereals (corn, millet, fonio) from rural producers in Faraba Dracoro and surrounding areas. These cereals will keep for at least two months.

He sells mostly at wholesale to customers who are resellers coming from the larger towns, especially Bamako.

Mamadou hopes to earn an average monthly profit of 80,000 francs CFA which will be used to repay his loan and to reinvest in his business.

MAMADOU est âgé de 41 ans et vit avec ses quatre enfants et son époux dans la sous-préfecture de OUELESSEBOUGOU, Région de KOULIKORO.
MAMADOU n’a pas eu la chance d’aller à l’école. Très tôt il s’intéressa aux activités génératrices de revenus notamment à l’achat stockage vente de céréales.
Dans le souci de satisfaire sa clientèle en nette croissance, il décida de collaborer avec Soro Yiriwaso. Après avoir correctement remboursé le troisième prêt il est à son quatrième prêt individuel qui servira à acheter, 5 tonnes de céréales (maïs, mil, fonio) auprès des paysans producteurs de FARABA DRACORO et environnants qu’il gardera pendant au moins 2 mois. Il vend essentiellement en gros à une clientèle constituée de revendeurs venant des grandes villes telles Bamako, OUELESSEBOUGOU
MAMADOU espère réaliser un bénéfice moyen mensuel de 80 000 FCFA qui sera utilisé pour rembourser le prêt et être réinvestir le reste dans les activités.
