San Pablo De Chauca Group's story

The “Saint Paul of Chauca Group” is composed of resourceful members who engage in different retail activities and in agriculture. Carmen is 60 years old, she is single and she has 2 economically independent children. For the past 10 years she has been running and expanding her general store where she sells basic necessities such as rice, sugar, oil, drinks and sweets; she also engages in growing avocados and custard apples to then sell them to her customers. In her free time she offers maintenance services in the town where she lives. The loans she is requesting will be used to buy rice, sugar, drinks and sweets. The group is grateful to Kiva lenders for the loan. Carmen is the fourth form the right, and she wears a pink jacket.
