A loan of $950 helped to purchase: soft drinks, rice, candy, bread, oil, soap and other products to stock her convenience store.

Magaly Del Socorro's story

Magaly is 32 years old and is married with three children. She is from the city of Estelí and makes a living running a convenience store. Starting with a small amount of savings four years ago, Magaly began buying a few products at a time and gradually building her business. She later applied for and received a loan to help with her business endeavor, and her next goal is to save up money to purchase a refrigerator so she can significantly broaden the variety of goods she offers to her customers.

With the support from this loan, Magaly plans to purchase merchandise to stock her store, including: soft drinks, rice, candy, bread, oil, soap and other products. She hopes this investment will help her to keep up with increasing client demand, strengthen her business and increase sales and overall profits. Her future plans are to continue with her business and do all she can to provide a bright future for her children.
