Ngamba 11 Kweyamba Group's story

Bosi, whose hand is raised in the photo, is a thirty-one-year-old farmer living in Bundibugyo, Uganda. He has four children, but only two go to school. He sells cocoa to one of the major dealers, ESCO Uganda, which has its factory setup in the district. He uses the income to improve and meet some of his basic needs and supplements it with income from his retail shop. He wishes to build a permanent building and educate his children to reach a higher level of understanding. His is challenged by seasonality changes and price fluctuation, while his dream is to become a leading cocoa grower. Bosi intends to use the loan to buy cocoa to sell.
