A loan of $375 helped to stock her store.

Marina's story

Marina is 54 years old and lives with her daughter in the Pucara district, a community known for its warm climate, where its population raises rice and works as merchants. It’s located two hours from the city of Jaen and is part of the Cjamarca region in the northern mountains of Peru.

She has a stall in the local market where she sells primary needs products and has done so for three years. She has experience and provides good customer service.

Maria is asking for a loan of 1,000 Nuevos Soles to stock her business with rice, groceries, dairy, and other things so that she can offer more to her customers and generate additional income for the family.
