Zamira's story

Zamira is 47 years old, married and raising three children together with her husband. Zamira has secondary education. She is a housewife, a happy mother and a good wife.

As a main source of income for her family, Zamira works with livestock breeding. She has worked with this activity for many years, with positive results. She started 16 years ago with the purchase of livestock for 5,000 som (KGS). Thanks to Zamira's persistent work, her farm currently has two dairy cows, 60 sheep and three horses. She has all conditions for keeping livestock: A barn for keeping livestock and pastures. They harvest hay and forage on their own plot of land. The monthly income is 20,000 som (KGS).

With an aim to further develop her business, Zamira turned to the microfinance bank "Bai Tushum & Partners" for a loan to purchase cows to increase the number of livestock. Zamira plans to invest the income from the loan in further increasing the number of livestock.
