Tajinisa's story

Tajinisa is married and raising five children together with her husband. In search of income for her family, Tajinisa started a small business of sewing dowry for brides, such as national mattresses, pillows and duvets. She started in 2003, with the amount of 3,000 som (KGS). The business is very good and most importantly, Tajinisa enjoys her work of sewing dowry for brides; from her home, as a family run business, with her husband actively helping with the business. The ready-made products are sold at the local market. This business brings in a monthly income of 10,000 som (KGS).

With an aim to further develop her business, Tajinisa turned to the microfinance bank "Bai Tushum & Partners" for a loan to purchase a new, electrical sewing machine and materials for production and sewing of dowry. Tajinisa would like to increase her turnover with this loan, and intends to improve the family well-being from the income.
