Peru native Jeffrey was 4 years old when he moved with his family to the United States. When he was 16, Jeffrey helped his father dispatch trucks, so naturally, when he decided to retire from the United States Marine Corps (USMC) several years later, he wanted to enter into the transportation industry. It was then that he formally bought transport company CTE Transport.
“This is my first accomplishment as an adult. I want to see it grow,” the 24-year-old entrepreneur says of CTE Transport.
Though Jeffrey had trouble initially getting his business up and running, the “Never Give Up” lesson he learned so well from the Marine Corps fueled his determination and allowed him to see it through.
Jeffrey would one day like to have a fleet of trucks, but right now he only has one truck. Your loan contribution will go towards helping Jeffrey purchase a used truck and trucking equipment that will increase the number of miles his truck can cover.
