A loan of $600 helped to buy beans, sugar, coffee, bread, lard, rice, eggs, etc. for her business.

Nadia Maribel's story

Young Nadia is a very hardworking and responsible person. She lives in a community in southern Honduras with her family. For five years, her business has been a small grocery store and selling Avon products.

Nadia has her business in her home in the municipality where she lives. She needs this loan to buy beans, sugar, coffee, bread, lard, rice, eggs, etc.

Nadia wants to keep doing her work, which brings in a large part of her income. She hopes that her sales will increase with her loan and that it will go a long way because she does not have the products she needs to cover her customers' daily orders. With this help she will be able to improve her family's quality of life.

Nadia's dream is to grow her business in a short period of time, which would allow her to keep supporting her family so they get the education they need to have greater opportunities in life.
