A loan of $750 helped to stock her store.

Carla Ernestina's story

Carla is originally from the city of Boaco. She is 38 years old, married and has two children. She has a general store and café and started this business several years ago, selling snacks. She then began selling basic grains little by little with her husband and later got the chance to sell from a Kiosk. To date she has been growing her business and her goals are to make improvements to her home and buy a display case. She is asking for a loan to buy bathroom tissue, dairy products, soaps, rice, sugar, soft drinks, and other things so she can offer a variety of products that her customers demand the most. She estimates that the loan will be of great help and that she will obtain better earnings. This will allow her to invest more into her business. Her future plans are to have a store so she can keep growing her business.
