A loan of $350 helped to pay for spare parts and maintenance of their tricycle unit.

Glecy's story

Glecy is thankful for the financial assistance extended to her. She was able to buy the spare parts and accessories needed in her tricycle business. Her loan is helpful not just in her business, but also in the education of her child. Her income from business assists their everyday household expenditures. She and her husband are helping each other to provide for their everyday needs.

She would like to apply for another 15,000 PHP loan for her to buy spare parts and for the maintenance of their tricycle unit. Her profits from her business will definitely sustain their daily needs and her child's education. She looks forward to this financial increase with gladness and thankfulness in her heart.

Glecy hopes to be more successful in business and dreams that her family will always be in good health. She meets up with her co-fellowship members to share stories of her work every week and draw strength and inspiration from the word of God that she studies.

* All CCT community partners/clients are organized into fellowship groups that meet on a weekly basis. A fellowship group is composed of 15 to 30 community partners. The fellowship groups gather each week to study the word of God, build social capital, and pay microfinance loans.
