M. Zahid owns a hardware shop in the area of Lahore, Pakistan selling goods such as iron nails, nuts, bolts, door locks, door handles, cutters and cutting blades. His shop is situated in the hardware market and it is challenging for him to sell his products among competitors. To cope with the competitors, he has to maintain stocks of material so that he can satisfy all customers. He wants to increase the stock to cope with the demand and earn maximum profit as well.
Nowadays, he is unable to buy inventory for his shop because he has to spend most of his income on household expenses.
Therefore, he has requested a loan through Kiva’s field partner BRAC Pakistan so that he can buy all the important hardware material.
M. Zahid is tension free after taking the loan because BRAC showed him a beam of hope in the darkness. He is very thankful to Kiva and field partner BRAC Pakistan.
