A loan of $2,100 helped to begin a new business in animal husbandry and buy a few head of livestock.

Shodigul's story

This is Shodigul. She is 35 years old and lives with her family in the Shahritus district. Shodigul has a large family, and to support it she wants to invest her savings into beginning a family business. She plans to practice animal husbandry. The whole family will help her. She decided to raise cattle on her property, using a small barn. She has had a few cattle for many years, for family use. She knows a lot about raising livestock, and decided that she could use her experience and skills in business. However, she doesn't have the funds to buy a couple of cows and bulls to begin the business. She is asking for a loan. The amount she needs isn't large although buying and selling livestock requires a lot of money. Shodigul decided to start small instead of risking everything, and hopefully expand the business in the future, hopefully with your help.
