Sulaiman's story

Meet 46-year-old Sulaiman from Jui Eastern area in Freetown. He is married with four children between 13 and 18 years old. In 2008, Sulaiman established pharmacy business. He is a nurse, and decided to start his pharmacy business because there was no medical center within the community. He works at the business ten hours per day and seven days per week. He says that the main challenge is lacking enough capital to run his business.

Sulaiman requires a loan in order to buy more medical drugs such as malarial and cholera drugs and drips to expand his business. He hopes that the extra income from this loan will allow him improve the health of children and pregnant women in the community and to repay his loan. In the future, Sulaiman plans to build a big community health center. He thanks you for your support.
