Jose Alfredo's story

José enjoys his family, comprised of his wife and two children, ages four and three. He earns a living as a baker and works every day from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. He has not had any problems with management of the business. He plans to buy flour, shortening, oil, yeast, etc. to have the necessary raw materials on hand to work without limitation. He hopes to strengthen his inventory, increase production and profits so he can pay off debt and give his famly better living conditions. His goal is to make his business much more profitable so he can feed and clothe his children and provide them with a healthy environment and higher education.
