A loan of $2,400 helped a member to purchase groundnuts for peanut butter.

Ladies Of Vision Group's story

Greetings from Zimbabwe! This is 43-year-old Miriam from Masvingo. She is married with three children, all attending school. She also cares for two other dependents. Miriam runs a manufacturing business producing peanut butter. The business has been in operation for five years. She says the main challenges faced are stiff competition and electricity blackouts.

Miriam has requested a loan of $600 to buy groundnuts for peanut butter production. She says the extra income generated as a result of this loan will allow her to improve family welfare. In the future Miriam plans to supply many supermarkets in town. Miriam is a member of Ladies of Vision Group.
