She operates a retail business where she sells milk, sugar, bread, washing soap, and other items. Her business is located in an urban area and her primary customers are local consumers.

She describes her biggest business challenge to be the low demand of products. She will use the KES 90,000 loan to add stock of milk, bread, sugar, and other items she sells. Her business goal is to excel within five years. She hopes that in the future she will have a brighter future.
