Dickson's story

Dickson is a married man with four children all of whom attend school. He lives in a rental house that neither has electricity nor piped water. His greatest monthly expenses are school fees and food for the family.

For the past two years, he has operated a shop kiosk business, selling to his neighbors and passersby. He mentioned price fluctuations as his major challenge. He dreams of establishing a wholesale shop in the future.

With the 30,000 KES, he wants to purchase salt, bread, milk, soft drinks, rice, sugar, beans, and sweets for resale. He decided to join Yehu Microfinance Trust to get financial support.
