Janybek's story

Janybek is 53 years old, married, and together with his spouse is raising one daughter. Janybek has a higher education and works as a schoolteacher. Janybek's daughter Elnura also followed in her father's footsteps and works in a school as a teacher. His wife is a homemaker and helps Janybek around the homestead. Janybek easily finds common language with all people, is easy in communications, tries always to be in good spirits on life, that is to say he is an optimist in life.

As an additional source of income for his family, Janybek is engaged in animal husbandry, having started 28 years ago with the purchase of livestock for 10,000 som KGS. Thanks to his hard work, Janybek currently has on his homestead: six dairy cows and 17 sheep. Monthly income consists of 6,000 som (KGS).

With the aim of further developing her homestead, Janybek turned to the microfinance bank Bai-Tushum and Partners for a loan - to buy sheep to increase the headcount of livestock.

Janybek plans to invest income from the loan in further propagating the quantity of domestic animals, and plans to save money for the construction of a new home.
