Upon marrying Sonia the business was administered by the couple, Sonia being also dedicated full time to the sale of garlic. Already they have 13 years of experience in this business, although Sonia has less time, but has acquired sufficient knowledge for the development of this process. These days there are more difficulties in selling this product since the prices are more expensive and the clients do not demand garlic so much as before. At present they have little inventory of this product. That is why they will buy boxes of garlic with the loan, in order to continue with the business and to reinforce sales. Sonia hopes that their business will always be stable, and will also work hard to bring in more clients.
