A loan of $1,050 helped to buy a chainsaw.

Orlando De Jesús's story

Orlando is a young 23 year old farmer and father to a two year old boy. He lives with his partner in a de facto relationship. During his life he has had four years of work experience working as a sawyer, however as he wanted to gain an income working independently he decided to stand down from that position and offer his services freelance. To do so he has had to rent a chainsaw. This job has seen him earn a decent enough living to meet all of his family's needs.

Our client is a hardworking young man who is dynamic and very responsible. He has been able to overcome various challenges that have arisen, especially in regards to his lack of working capital. Even so, he is always looking for new alternatives that will help him to get ahead, which is the reason why he has requested a loan to buy a chain saw so that he can continue his work and make a higher profit margin. Since he will not have to waste money paying rent on a machine, it will give him the freedom to do all types of jobs in many different areas in the region, thus increasing his sales and income.

Orlando states that he wants to keep striving to achieve his goals. In the near future he wants to acquire another chainsaw that will allow him to create a new job opportunity and increase the profitability of his business, which will guarantee his family a better sense of well being and quality of life.
