Tusisumbuane Group's story

Nyaskira, who is in her late 30s, is married with three sons and two daughters who are in school. For 12 months now, Nyaskira has been engaged with entrepreneurial activities where she sells small dry fish commonly known as dagaa in Tanzania. She started this business with a small amount of capital, but she keeps reinvesting her profits to increase her business. She works from 7am to 4pm daily and is able to make a good monthly profit.

This will be her first loan request from Tujijenge Tanzania. She will use the loan to buy more dagaa to meet high demand. Nyaskira dreams to improve her family's standard of living and the business. She will share this loan with her loan group, "TUSISUMBUANE", which totals four members. The members of the group will hold each other accountable for paying back the loan.
