Rosa's story

Rosa, age 48, lives in the Cayaltí district. The population there works in agriculture, commerce, and with livestock. It is two hours from the city of Chiclayo on the northern coast of Peru.

She sells groceries, and her store is located in her house.

She has requested a loan for 4,000 soles in order to buy more merchandise. She will buy rice, sugar, milk, candy, soft drinks, mineral water, and fruit in order to stock her business. This way she will have greater income in order to have a better quality of life.
