A loan of $450 helped buying a sewing machine to make the clothing in much greater quantity and faster.

Nilda's story

Nilda is 37 years old, lives with Jorge, 36, who makes clothing, and with their three children; 11, 10 and 7 years old, who are in school. With the support of her partner, she has been able to put a small workshop in her house, which has gone very well for them. The business is coming along prospering and restocking, allowing this family to support their three children, who work on production during the afternoons and nights, since during the day they attend to other work, like raising their children. What Nilda likes most about his work is that she can have her partner working inside the house and supporting her in the care of their three children, the difficult part is making the quantities necesary to restock the orders that they have. Nilda works to succeed in her business and give her children a more stable future. With the money from the loan, she will buy a sewing machine, to be able to restock for her customer's orders, and with time, make her business much larger and have a boutique.
