A loan of $625 helped to stock her store.

Brigida Sobeida's story

Brigida Sobeida is married and has three adult children. She is from the town of Chinandega, located in the west of the country, and she is known as a very enterprising, responsible woman with many desires to get ahead. She is a small businesswoman who owns a store, where she sells all sorts of products, such as rice, sugar, beans, cooking oil, snacks, soft drinks, milk, sausages, perishable products, frozen products, and other things. She also teaches part time and takes orders for products from her steady salaried customers and others.

Brigida started her business with her own capital, having seen the need to bring in a little more income. One of her greatest desires is to build a room onto her home so she can provide more privacy to her daughters, and also to grow the business over time. She will use the money from this loan to buy basic products such as cheese, chicken, meats, sausages, and other things for her store.
