A loan of $1,025 helped to buy a variety of fish, clams, mollusks, shrimp and crab.

Martha Haydee's story

Martha is married, has a son, and lives with her husband and son. She sells clams, crab, seafood and fish. This is an occupation she used to engage in with her parents, but when she formed her own family she began to do it on her own account.

With the loan, she is buying a variety of fish, clams, mollusks, shrimp, crab, and other items. By having all these products she hopes to have a larger business, have a increase in her sales, have more customers, pay off debts and have more income available to spend on her family's expenses.

She dreams of being in a better financial position, which will allow her to set up her own stand in the market in order to better serve her customers.
