A loan of $450 helped to pay for spare parts, accessories and maintenance of a tricycle unit.

Redentor's story

Redentor is thankful for the financial assistance extended to him. He was able to buy the needed spare parts and accessories for his tricycle, which he has had for six years now. His loan was also helpful in the education of his children. As a widower, he is working hard to provide for everyday expenses.

He would like to apply for another 19,000 PHP loan for him to buy spare parts and pay for the maintenance of the tricycle unit as well as to buy some equipment for the repair shop. His profits from his business will definitely help him to sustain the daily needs and educational expenses of his children. He looks forward to this financial increase with gladness and thankfulness in his heart.

Redentor dreams of being more successful in his business, and hopes to give a good life to his children. He meets up with his co-fellowship members to share stories of his work every week and to draw strength and inspiration from the Word of God he studies.*

*All CCT community partners/clients are organized into fellowship groups that meet on a weekly basis. A fellowship group is composed of 15 to 30 community partners. The fellowship groups gather each week to study the word of God, build social capital and repay microfinance loans.
